By accessing or using FinHub Africa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FinHub Africa provides a platform connecting fintech founders with investors. We facilitate introductions, deal management, due diligence workflows, and cloud infrastructure provisioning. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or company information, or to interfere with the platform's operation. All investment information shared must be accurate and not misleading.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FinHub Africa are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your startup data and uploaded documents remain your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

FinHub Africa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment decisions made through the platform. All investment activities carry risk and users should conduct their own due diligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
